Most festivals back in the day were celebrated outside, but Louisiana weather is so unpredictable from pop-up showers to extreme heat, most have started having their festivals inside. This takes the weather out of the equation and gives festival-goers a chance to enjoy all the music and events without passing out from heat exhaustion.
