I hate working out. I hate going to the gym. I really hate running. I know, I sound so negative, but it's just not my thing! I get bored and give up within the first ten minutes of my attempted workout. Plus, I have no idea what I'm doing. I don't know how many sets or reps I need to do, or if my form is even right. My rare trips to the gym are always a disaster.

I need something that will hold my attention, that's fun, and that I can actually do, which is why I am newly obsessed with the Get fit with Callie and Britt videos on YouTube. The quick work outs are set to great music and are easy enough for me to do in the comfort of my own home. I love it!
